Riedisheim

Riedisheim (Alsatian Riedese ) is a French town with 12,180 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Haut-Rhin in the Alsace region. The city belongs to the district Mulhouse, on the Canton Habs home and Mulhouse Alsace AgglomÃ.

Geography

Riedisheim is located about 30 km from Basel ( Switzerland ) and after garbage home ( Germany ), the distance about 20 km. The municipality Riedisheims closes immediately southeast of the city center of Mulhouse. In the north of the municipality of Canal du Rhone au Rhin ( German Rhine - Rhône Canal ) runs.

Neighboring communities of Riedisheim are Illzach in the north, Rixheim in the east, Bruebach in the south, southwest, and Brunstatt in Mulhouse in the west and northwest.
