Right gastric artery

The artery gastric artery ("right gastric artery ") is an artery of the abdominal cavity in the area of the upper abdomen. It arises from the hepatic artery, approximately one third of cases in humans from the common hepatic artery.

The artery gastric artery runs to the pylorus ( pylorus ) and then runs along the lesser curvature of the stomach. There, it anastomoses with the same left artery ( left gastric ) and supplied together with her this part of the stomach wall.
