Rihards Dubra
Rihards Dubra ( born February 28, 1964 in Riga) is a Latvian composer.
Dubra studied music theory and composition at the Emil - Darzin School of Music and at the Latvian Academy of Music with Juris Karlsons. In 1997 he finished his studies with a Masters degree in composition. He worked for several years as organist at the Catholic Church of Our Lady of Sorrows in Riga. He is a founder and leader of the group Schola Cantorum Riga. He also works as a teacher of music theory and composition at the Music School in Jurmala.
