Rikard Norling ( born June 4, 1971) is a Swedish football coach. After a brief playing career, he worked as a trainer, especially in the field of youth, before he coached several clubs in the higher-class Swedish and Norwegian football in 2002. In 2013 he won the Swedish championship titles with Malmo FF.

Career

Norling began playing football at IK Bele. There he played in the youth team at the side of later Swedish international's Johan Mjallby. In 1987 he moved to the youth of IF Brommapojkarna. Later he came under coach Erik Hamrén on the side of Fredrik Espmark and Pascal Simpson four times in Division 1 Norra, a field that was able to achieve a goal, before he had to end his career early age of twenty.

Norling moved to the dugout and was initially employed at IF Brommapojkarna in youth work. From 1994, he coached his hometown club IK Bele in the fourth division Division 3 Östra Svealand.
