Ringebu? / I is a municipality in Oppland Fylke in Norway.

The municipality is located in the middle Gudbrandsdalen. The highest elevation is the Storfjellet with a height of 1415 m. Larger settlements are Ringebu ( administrative seat ) and Fåvang.

The stave church in the place Ringebu ( Ringebu Stavkyrkje ) is one of 28 surviving stave churches in Norway. The Church will continue to be used for congregational worship.

Sports

At the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, the competitions were held in super-G in Ringebu. The purpose built lifts and slopes were expanded after 1994 to the ski Kvitfjell.
