Ripky

Ripky (Ukrainian Ріпки; Russian Репки / Repki ) is an urban-type settlement in the Chernihiv Oblast of Ukraine and the center of the Rajons same with 8000 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2005). For the municipality counts next to the SST nor the village Hlynenka ( Глиненка ).

History

The place is known Ripky since 1607. 1966 Ripky received the status of urban-type settlement.
