Rita Jeptoo

Rita Jeptoo Sitienei (* February 15, 1981 in Kapsabet ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon.

Since 2000, the native of the tribe of the Nandi runner competed in road races mainly in Italy. In 2000, she was third in Roma - Ostia and 2001 Fourth in the Udine Half Marathon. In 2003, she finished fourth at the Prague Half Marathon and placed in the South Tyrolean Spring Half Marathon a course record.
