River Cess County (also known as Rivercess or Rivercress ) is an administrative region ( County) in Liberia, it has a size of 5594 km ², and had at the last census (2008) 71 509 inhabitants.

The administrative region is divided into eight districts. The capital is known Cestos City, even as River Cess, the District Central River Cess.
