River Eden at Kirkby Stephen

It rises south of the High Seat in the Yorkshire Dales in the extreme east of Cumbria at the border with North Yorkshire. The river flows in a northerly direction through Cumbria and ends after it has crossed the north of Carlisle Hadrian's Wall, the Solway Firth in the Irish Sea.
