The River Inny (Irish Abhainn na hUíne ) is a river in County Cavan and County Longford in Ireland. It rises near Oldcastle, County Meath, flowing from Lough Sheelin south to Lough Derravaragh and from there west to Shannon, which he reached at Lough Ree.
The River Inny is a popular spot for canoeing in Ireland because of its rapids and natural obstacles.
The largest city on its banks is Ballymahon, County Longford.
