The Riverside Speedway is a 0.53 km long motor racing circuit in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.

History

The Riverside Speedway was opened in 1969. John Chisholm, a local entrepreneur, took over the management of the racetrack. For many years, the Riverside Speedway hosted a NASCAR Busch East Series race, so also known pilots such as Benny Parsons drove on it. In the 1980s, Chisholm sold the track to Derek Vandalin, who lived in the town of Antigonish. Vandalin operated the track until his death in 2005.
