Rob Hayles

Robert Hayles ( born January 21, 1973 in Portsmouth) is a former British racing cyclist.

On the road, Rob Hayles won the 1999 seventh stage of the Tour Prudential. The next year he won a stage of the Circuit de Lorraine for themselves.
