Life

White entered first time in 1983 at the Junior Championships of French Open and reached the second round in singles. The following year he came there before the quarter-finals. In the same year he won at the side of Ricky Brown, the junior tournament at Wimbledon in just three sets against Mark Kratzmann and Jonas Svensson. He studied between 1985 and 1988 at Pepperdine University, where he was able to win the first 1988 National Collegiate Athletic Association 's singles title their history.
