Robert Duncan Milne

Robert Duncan Milne (* 1844, † 1899) was an American science fiction author.

He lived in San Francisco and published his stories mostly in California daily newspapers and in the magazine The Argonaut. Milne was rediscovered by Sam Moskowitz, who compiled a volume of Milne's stories and in 1980 brought out.
