Robert Figl

Robert Figl ( born June 1, 1967 in Karlsruhe ) is a German wheelchair athlete. At the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens he won in the demonstration run of men over 1500 m as the first German gold medal. At the Paralympics in Sydney in 2000, he came up with a third place above 1500 m and in Seoul in 1988 to a first place about 100 m. Figl is a member of MTG Mannheim. He works as a dermatologist in Karlsruhe.
