Robert Floyd (actor)

Robert Floyd, Robert Floyd and Robert Allan Andrew Floyd ( born May 6, 1967) is an American actor.

Life

Robert Floyd studied acting at Carnegie Hall in Manhattan, New York, where he also earned his spurs as an actor. Floyd has appeared in various off-Broadway shows and has appeared in several smaller films, but of which earned him no more attention. After some time in New York, he decided to go to Los Angeles because it was very much easier to get hold of roles on television. He has appeared in guest roles on Early Edition, The Palm Beach - Duo and Law & Order.

In 1998, he starred in Roland Emmerich's gigantic effects spectacle " Godzilla " and could be one of the Apache pilots proceed against the giant lizard. Like so many actors Floyd was also seen in some soap operas. He had recurring roles in All My Children and The City. However, the breakthrough he celebrated as Mallory in Sliders, with which he became known to a wider audience for the first time. Although the fifth season also marked the departure of the same series, but that could not prevent that Floyd was the opportunity to be the star of a television series to enjoy.

The several years happily married actor lives of Hollywood hermits, and avoids most of the events. He prefers to spend his time with his wife and focuses on the work to be done. He has also been seen in the TV movie The Darwin project and the movie Cold Hearts.
