Robert Francis (musician)
Robert Francis ( born September 25, 1987 in Los Angeles, California) is an American singer-songwriter.
Biography
Robert Francis has a very musical background. His father is a pianist and producer, his mother, who is from Mexico, a ranchera singer. Ry Cooder is a family friend and gave him his first guitar at age nine. At age 16, he got exclusive guitar lessons from John Frusciante of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Three years later he released his debut album already, One by One, which got good reviews and helped him to a contract with major label Atlantic. There also appeared his second album Before Nightfall, which was created with the assistance of producer Dave Sardy Oasis. While the success in the U.S. did not want to adjust, Robert Francis had his breakthrough in early 2010 in France.
