Robert Lips

Robert Lips ( * August 21, 1912, † February 28, 1975 in Zurich ) was the creator and designer of the famous Swiss cartoon character globin.

Life and work

Lips was primarily a comic book artist, but also a painter. In 1931, he won as an architecture student poster competition of the department store chain Globus.
