Robert Nardelli

Robert Nardelli ( born May 17, 1948 in Old Forge, Pennsylvania) is the Chairman of the automobile manufacturer Chrysler.

The end of 2008 Robert Nardelli met with the CEOs of Ford ( Alan Mulally ) and GM (Rick Wagoner ) before a committee of the U.S. Senate to ask the U.S. government to avert the impending insolvency rescue money. They were due to misguided model policy, criticizing years of lobbying against stricter consumption guidelines ( U.S. CAFE legislation) and the arrival violently with their own corporate jets.

Nardelli began his career at General Electric, where he was the engineer as chairman of GE Power Systems. When he applied for the succession of the CEO of General Electric and was defeated by Jeffrey R. Immelt, he was offered a job as CEO of The Home Depot, which he assumed in December 2001.

After he lost the post in May 2007, he was August 5, 2007 Chairman of the verge divorced from Daimler car manufacturer Chrysler.
