Robert Walker Jr.

Robert Hudson Walker, Jr. ( born April 15, 1940 in Queens, New York ) is an American actor.

Walker is the son of actor Jennifer Jones and Robert Walker and stepson of film producer David O. Selznick.

He played in 1964, the main role in Operation Pacific ( Ensign Pulver ) on the side of Walter Matthau and won in the same year the Golden Globe in the category Best Newcomer for the presentation of Dominic in the film Breakfast on death row ( The Ceremony ). Other roles were on the side of John Wayne and Kirk Douglas in The Mighty (1967) and the lead role in The Merciless Avenger (Young Billy Young, 1969) with Robert Mitchum and Angie Dickinson, as well as the role of Jack in Easy Rider. In essence, his career was marked by guest appearances in television series such as Bonanza, Columbo, LA Law, Star Trek and Time Tunnel.
