Robert Wright Campbell

Robert Wright Campbell ( born June 9, 1927 in Newark, New Jersey; † 21 September 2000 in Monterey ), was an American screenwriter, writer and occasionally performed as an actor. His name is often abbreviated as R. Wright Campbell.

Life

Campbell studied painting at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and served during the Korean War in the United States Army. After his release, he asked his brother, the actor William Campbell, which deserve this and then decided to move to Hollywood.

Campbell wrote for several television series, including for The Loretta Young Show and Warner Bros. ' Maverick and Bronco.
