Roberta Brunet

Roberta Brunet ( born May 20, 1965 in Aosta) is an Italian long-distance runner and Olympic bronze medalist.

She won the bronze medal in the 5000 -meter run behind the Chinese Wang Junxia and the Kenyan Pauline Konga (KEN ) at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. At the World Athletics Championships 1997 in Athens, she won the silver medal behind Romania's Gabriela Szabo and the front of the Portuguese Fernanda Ribeiro.
