Robin Finck

Robin Finck ( born November 7, 1971 in Park Ridge ( New Jersey)) is an American guitarist. He was known by the band Nine Inch Nails and Guns N ' Roses.

Career

Finck grew up in Marietta, Georgia, where he played in unknown bands. In 1994, he was touring member ( no official name please) at Nine Inch Nails. After a few publications and appearances ( including at Woodstock II) he left the band and joined the in transition band Guns N 'Roses in to replace Slash there.

The publication of Oh My God, that appeared in the U.S. in 1999, followed in 2001 by a tour. 2004 Buckethead left the band, so the band was falling apart again. Guns N 'Roses went on tour in 2006, finished this in 2007 and went temporarily apart. The album Chinese Democracy did not show up to this point.

2008 Finck began again to tour with Nine Inch Nails. In the same year, the Guns N ' Roses album Chinese Democracy was released. Finck was in this case no longer officially called as a band member of Guns N ' Roses.

Style

Finck is known for its distinctive appearance. Until the beginning of the 2006 Tour, he was conspicuously heavy makeup. From the tour he had long hair, was no longer wearing makeup, wearing a long beard and a hat. Since he is again a member of the band Nine Inch Nails, he is wearing a punk hairstyle and no beard.
