Robinson is a city and county seat of Crawford County in the eastern part of the U.S. state of Illinois. In 2000, Robinson had 6822 inhabitants.
Geography
Robinson is located at 39 ° 00'22 " north latitude and 87 ° 44'20 " west longitude. The city covers 9.6 square kilometers, spread over 9.4 km ² land and 0.2 km ² water surface.
Robinson is located 14.6 km west of the Wabash River, which forms the border to Indiana.
