Rocchetta di Vara

Rocchetta di Vara ( in Ligurian: A Rocheta ) is a small village with 752 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the Italian region of Liguria. Politically it belongs to the province of La Spezia.

Geography

The municipality of Rocchetta di Vara is part of the Comunità Montana dell'Alta Val di Vara and forms with its territory a part of the Natural Park of Monte Marcello Magra.

Economy

The economy of the municipality is largely based on agriculture.
