Rockwell Collins Inc. is a U.S. company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, in the U.S. state of Iowa, which emerged in 2001 from the splitting of the conglomerate Rockwell International. The company is active in the aviation and aerospace industries and manufactures, among other communications, control and navigation systems for both civilian and military aviation. History

Arthur Collins in 1933 founded the precursor, Collins Radio in Iowa.
