Rod Temperton

Rodney Lynn Rod Temperton ( born 1947 in Cleethorpes ) is an English songwriter, record producer and musician. He wrote for Michael Jackson Thriller title and other hits for his self-titled album Thriller, which is currently the best-selling music album.

Biography

Temperton attended the De Aston School in Market Rasen. In 1972 Temperton and Bernd Springer founded, who sought by newspaper advertisement a keyboardist, in Worms the Soul cover band Sundown Carousel.
