The Roe River is a river in the Kimberley region in Western Australia.

Its headwaters begin at the foot of the Bushfire Hill Nature Reserve Prince Regent Nature Reserve. From here it flows for 66 km in a northerly direction until it empties into the Bay of Prince Fredrick Harbour. He is a member of York sound, which in turn is part of the Timor Sea.

The Roe River has five tributaries, the most important is the Moran River, less the Wyulda Creek, Rufous Creek, Garimbu Creek and Gandjal Creek.

The Roe River was named in 1820 by Philip Parker King during his expedition aboard the Mermaid. It takes its name after the father of the also on board John Septimus Roe. On this trip also Prince Frederick Harbour, Prince Regent River and the nearby Mount Trafalgar were named. The first European who explored the Roe River along its entire length, was Frederick Brockman in 1884.
