Roggwil

Roggwil is a municipality in the Oberaargau in the canton of Bern in Switzerland.

Geography

The municipality is located on the Swiss Plateau Roggwil between Langenthal and Olten about four kilometers south of the river Aare to the border with the cantons of Aargau and Lucerne between the two river Roth and Langete, which unite in the southern neighboring community Wynau to Murg. Offering easy access to the rail and road network, the community is home to many small and medium -sized enterprises.

Roggwil bordered to the north Wynau, to the east by Murgenthal (AG) and Pfaffnau (LU), to the south by Untersteckholz, on the southwest by Langenthal and to the west by Aarwangen.
