Rok Elsner

Rok Elsner ( born January 25, 1986 in Ljubljana) is a Slovenian football player. The 1.84 m wide footed plays as a left-back or in midfield on the outer track.

Career

Elsner grew up on the Côte d' Azur, and fifteen years was trained in youth and junior teams of OGC Nice. As the age of nineteen he entered the German Regionalliga Süd for SV contractions of the rise just wide in the second division 2006 2005. Elsner but played from 2006 to 2009 first class in his home in the league for the Slovenska Nogometna founded in 2006 Inter block Ljubljana. This was followed by positions with Al -Arabi and 2010 at the southern Norwegian FK Haugesund. On 21 December 2010 Elsner signed a contract for the Polish Elite League club Slask Wroclaw from Wrocław. For the Silesians he came in second and third qualifying and the first play-off round of the UEFA Europa League 2011/12 to two inserts. Here, an important goal he achieved in 3-2 away defeat in the third round at Dundee United. In the 2011/12 season he was with Slask Wroclaw on the final day Polish champion. He scored in the away match against Wisła Kraków in the 51st minute goal for the 1-0 final score and thus secured his team the championship.

Rok Elsner is the grandson of the former Yugoslav football player and trainer, as well as the Austrian team leader Branko Elsner and the son of former Yugoslav and Slovenian national player Marko Elsner. His brother Luka is also a professional footballer and Slovenian national team. Rok Elsner also has French citizenship.
