Rokpol

Niva is a Czech cheese with blue mold in the interior of the mass. This cow's milk cheese similar to feta cheese French Roquefort.

It contains 52 percent dry matter, 50 percent fat in dry matter, 5 percent sodium chloride (table salt ) and 1.5 percent sugar. 100 grams of cheese contain an amount of energy of 1500 kJ.
