Roll Deep
Roll Deep is a British grime collective. It was founded in London by a group of MCs, including the rapper Wiley, 2002. There are close personal links with the band Boy Better Know.
History
Entitled In at the Deep End was released in June 2005, the band's debut album. Album and two singles reached the resulting coupled- first placements in the UK charts. After the founding of his own record labels - Roll Deep Recordings - a series of mixtapes were released. Two more albums published in 2007 and 2008.
2005 Roll Deep was nominated for the MOBO Awards. In the meantime, started the founding members Dizzee Rascal and Tinchy Stryder successful solo careers.
The band is committed to strongly against racism and is a regular at the festival Love Music Hate Racism. In 2007, she raised the issue with the single Racist People musically.
