Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Bamenda

The Archdiocese of Bamenda (Latin: Archidioecesis Bamendanus ) is a Roman Catholic diocese in Cameroon.

Precursor was on August 13, 1970 by Pope Paul VI. Founded out of the diocese Buéa diocese of Bamenda. First bishop was Paul Verdzekov. Pope John Paul II elevated the diocese on 18 March 1982 to the archbishopric.

The Metropolitan seat assigned to the suffragan Buéa, Kumbo and Mamfe.
