The Archdiocese of Clermont (Latin: Archidioecesis Claromontanus ) is a 2002 Archdiocese raised diocese of the Roman Catholic Church, which extends over the Puy-de -Dôme. Seat is Clermont -Ferrand.

History

Current bishop since his appointment in 1996 Hippolyte Simon. On 16 December 2002 Clermont was elevated to archdiocese and metropolitan see.
