The Archdiocese of Manfredonia - Vieste - San Giovanni Rotondo (Latin: Archidioecesis Sipontinus - Vestanus - Sancti Ioannis Rotundi, Italian: Arcidiocesi di Manfredonia - Vieste - San Giovanni Rotondo ) is an Archdiocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Italy, based in Manfredonia.

Dating from the 3rd century diocese of Manfredonia, which was raised to an archbishopric in 1074, was incorporated on 27 June 1818, when the diocese of Vieste and Manfredonia - Vieste was then called. After it had lost its metropolitan status on 30 April 1979, had now become suffragan of the Archdiocese of Foggia - Bovino, it received on 6 December 2002 also the name of the shrine of San Giovanni Rotondo and now calls himself Archdiocese of Manfredonia - Vieste - San Giovanni Rotondo.
