The diocese Alagoinhas (Latin: Dioecesis Alacunensis ) is a location in Brazil Roman Catholic diocese based in Alagoinhas in the state of Bahia.

History

The diocese Alagoinhas was on 28 October 1974 by Pope Paul VI. built with the Apostolic Constitution Qui Summi out of territory of the Archdiocese of São Salvador da Bahia and this is a suffragan.
