The diocese of Amiens (Latin: Dioecesis Ambianensis ) is a located in France Roman Catholic diocese based in Amiens.

History

The diocese of Amiens was built in the 3rd century and the Archdiocese of Reims is a suffragan. On November 29, 1801 the diocese of Amiens were annexed parts of the territory of the diocese of Beauvais. The diocese of Amiens was on October 6, 1822 from parts of its territory to the founding of the diocese of Beauvais.
