Roman Catholic Diocese of Bilbao

The Diocese of Bilbao (Latin: Dioecesis Flaviobrigensis, Spanish: Dióecesis de Bilbao ) is a diocese of the Roman Catholic church located in the northern Spanish city of Bilbao in the Basque Country.

The diocese is a suffragan of Bilbao, founded in 1075 Archdiocese of Burgos. It was on November 2, 1949 by Pope Pius XII. established from the diocese of Calahorra y La Calzada, the Diocese of Santander and the diocese of Vitoria out.
