The Diocese of Cheyenne (Latin: Dioecesis Cheyennensis ) is a located in the United States Roman Catholic diocese based in Cheyenne. It covers the entire state of Wyoming.

Pope Leo XIII. founded it on August 2, 1887 cessions of territory of the Diocese of Omaha.
