Roman Catholic Diocese of Fengxiang
The Diocese of Fengxiang (Latin: Dioecesis Fomsiamensis ) is a located in the People's Republic of China Roman Catholic diocese based in Fengxiang.
History
The Diocese of Fengxiang was posted on November 15, 1932 by Pope Pius XI. with the Apostolic Constitution Ex Apostolico munere of annexations of the Apostolic Vicariate Sian established as Apostolic Prefecture Fengxiang. The Apostolic Prefecture Fengxiang was posted on June 9, 1942 by Pope Pius XII. elevated to the Apostolic Vicariate.
The Apostolic Vicariate of Fengxiang was posted on April 11, 1946 by Pius XII. charged with the Apostolic Constitution Quotidie Nos to the diocese and the Archdiocese Sian is a suffragan.
