Roman Catholic Diocese of Florencia

The Diocese of Florencia (Latin: Dioecesis Florentiae, Spanish: diócesis de Florencia ) is a location in Columbia Roman Catholic diocese based in Florencia.

History

The Diocese of Florencia was born on February 8, 1951 by Pope Pius XII. cessions of territory from the Apostolic Vicariate Apostolic Vicariate Florencia Caquetá built as. The Apostolic Vicariate of Florencia announced on December 9, 1985 from parts of its territory to the founding of the Apostolic Vicariate of San Vicente and Puerto Leguízamo.
