Roman Catholic Diocese of Fresno

The Diocese of Fresno (Latin: Dioecesis Fresnensis ) is a located in the United States diocese of the Roman Catholic church located in Fresno, California.

The diocese was founded on October 6, 1967 from a territorial separation of the Diocese of Monterey in California out. It belongs to the region XI (CA, HI, NV) and includes the counties Fresno, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, Mariposa and Tulare.
