Roman Catholic Diocese of Grand Rapids
Located in the USA Diocese of Grand Rapids (Latin Dioecesis Grandicataractensis in Michigania ) is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church.
It was established from areas of the Archdiocese of Detroit on May 19, 1882. It was even in the years 1938 and 1970 areas from establishing the dioceses Saginaw, Kalamazoo and Gaylord, so that today it is the areas of Mason County, Lake County, Osceola County, Oceana County, Mecosta County, Muskegon County, Newaygo County, Montcalm County, Ottawa County, Kent County and Ionia County covers.
