The diocese Itapipoca (Latin: Dioecesis Itapipocanus ) is a location in Brazil Roman Catholic diocese based in Itapipoca in the state of Ceará.

History

The diocese Itapipoca was on March 13, 1971 by Pope Paul VI. with the Apostolic Constitution Qui summopere built out of territory of the Archdiocese of Fortaleza and of the Diocese of Sobral. It was the Archdiocese of Fortaleza is a suffragan.
