Roman Catholic Diocese of Janaúba
The diocese Janaúba (Latin: Dioecesis Ianaubenus ) is a location in Brazil Roman Catholic diocese based in Janaúba in the state of Minas Gerais.
History
The diocese Janaúba was built on 5 July 2000 by Pope John Paul II annexations of the dioceses Montes Claros and Januaria. It was the Archdiocese of Diamantina is a suffragan. On April 25, 2001, it was the Archdiocese of Montes Claros is a suffragan.
