Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalamazoo

The Diocese of Kalamazoo (Latin: Dioecesis Kalamazuensis ) is a located in the United States Roman Catholic diocese based in Kalamazoo. It includes the nine counties of Allegan, Barry, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph and Branch of the State of Michigan.

History

Pope Paul VI. founded it on 19 December 1970 has cessions of territory of the Diocese of Lansing and it became the Archdiocese of Detroit assumed as suffragan.
