The Diocese of Murska Sobota (Latin: Dioecesis Sobotensis ) is located in Slovenia Roman Catholic diocese based in Murska Sobota.

History

The Diocese of Murska Sobota was on 7 April 2006 by Pope Benedict XVI. fidelium with the Apostolic Constitution Slovenorum (, The faithful Slovenes ') built out of territory of the Archdiocese of Maribor and this is a suffragan.

The diocese comprises three deaneries ( Dekanije ):

  • Deanery Ljutomer
  • Dean's Office Murska Sobota
