Roman Catholic Diocese of Nashik

The Diocese of Nashik (Latin: Dioecesis Nashikensis ) is a Roman Catholic diocese in India. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bombay.

History

The diocese was erected in areas of the diocese of Poona on 15 May 1987 and the Jesuit Thomas Bhalerao was the first bishop.
