The Diocese of Pistoia (Latin: Dioecesis Pistoriensis, Italian: Diocese of Pistoia) is located in Italy Roman Catholic diocese based in Pistoia.

History

The Diocese of Pistoia was built in the 3rd century and the Holy See under the direct authority. On May 10, 1419 the Diocese of Pistoia was the Archbishopric of Florence, is a suffragan. The Diocese of Pistoia was pooled from September 22, 1653 to January 25, 1954 Aeque principaliter with the Diocese of Prato. The seminary of the Diocese of Pistoia was built in 1690.
