The Diocese of San Felipe (Latin: Dioecesis Sancti Philippi, Spanish: diócesis de San Felipe ) is a diocese located in Chile of the Roman Catholic church located in San Felipe.

History

The Diocese of San Felipe was born on October 18, 1925 by Pope Pius XI. built with the Papal Bull Apostolicis muneris ratio of cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Santiago de Chile and this is a suffragan. On April 30, 1960, the Diocese of San Felipe were from parts of its territory establishing the Territorialprälatur Illapel.
